Healthy Wealthy Roots provides information to support your family’s emotional, mental, and financial health. I realized there’s a lot of self-help “noise” on the internet, but very few outlets for sound guidance. I’m happy to share what I know with you and your family.
I have over a decade of training and experience working with all ages, from infants to older adults. One thing I’ve learned is that at every age, health and wellbeing matter.
